The apartments are all located in the same building in via Caio Duilio, a quiet street at the back of the Admiralty, within easy reach of the town centre. The 30été boats are moored at a distance of under two kilometres of flat road from the apartments. The harbour of Cala Camiciotto is situated on the southern side of La Maddalena island, opening into a stretch of water which is well sheltered by the islands of La Maddalena, Caprera and Santo Stefano, so that sailing is possible even when the wind is quite strong, as the sea never gets rough. The sporting aspects of the 30été can thus be better experienced.
